White Fire is licensed for both medical and recreational sales. This means as long as you are 21+ years of age and possess a state-issued ID card with a scannable barcode you can purchase cannabis at White Fire.
If you do possess a medical marijuana card or doctor's recommendation, then you are able to request to be set up as a medical customer. This allows you to purchase larger quantities of almost all product categories.
Currently, many towns have ordinances (moratoriums) banning cannabis transactions within their city limits. The state of California is hoping to rectify this mess shortly.
We can legally make deliveries to San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Morgan Hill. If you don't reside in these towns, then we are able to create a local meet-up spot in one of these cities that is convenient for you.
Gilroy and other local cities are in the process of creating local cannabis rules for commercial activity. Please reach out to these city councils if you are a resident and voice your support for common sense cannabis regulations for your city. We hope to be able to deliver to everyone soon!
Yes, we require a minimum order of $35 accompanied by a $5 delivery fee. Orders of $60 or more get free delivery.

Yes, but there are some rules that govern this process:
  1. If you purchased in-store or arranged a pickup, any return or exchange must be done in-store. Delivery exchanges will only occur for delivery orders.
  2. Product cannot be resold once opened. If you want to return your product for a refund, it must be unopened with the tamperproof packaging intact and undamaged.
  3. Refunds or exchanges on opened products will only occur if the product is defective. We test vape cartridges prior to authorizing any returns or exchanges. Please clean your vape pen and test by tightening or loosening the cartridge before reporting it broken. Not all pens and cartridges work together.
  4. If you feel a product is not as it's described on the packaging and website, we ask that you reach out directly to the manufacturer. No products sold are packaged at White Fire or by the White Fire team. We are at the mercy of the manufacturers and distributors.   5. Other than a handful of extreme circumstances, most sales are final.
White Fire Delivery and Pickup is cash only. However, the store-front dispensary does offer debit processing. Debit processing should be available to delivery in the near future.
Yes, the driver can calculate a partial sale for you, but you must still meet the minimum order and delivery fee guidelines. Otherwise, the whole transaction will be declined.
This is always changing, but the majority of the time, deliveries will take 45 minutes to complete. During rush hour and high-demand weekend times, the wait can sometimes reach 1.5 hours.
No, you can phone-in your orders if that's what you prefer.
Not yet. Currently, any advertised deal will be added to the order after it's submitted. You can any add as many notes to the order as you want to ensure we apply all the deals your expecting.
